How to order?
All you need to do is send an email to liliesupadupamama@gmail.com specifying the date of the event (lunch or evening), the number of guests as well as your desires in terms of taste and visual.
Minimum order of 20 portions on weekends and 10 portions on weekdays.
Allergies should also be specified.
How much does a cake cost?
Each cake is unique and the price depends on what you want in terms of taste and decoration.

How far in advance should I book?
The soonerthe better to ensure availability.
For cakes with a specific theme, a minimum of 3 weeks is required.
For weddings, some dates can be booked a year in advance.
A last minute orderis of course possible if the schedule allows it.
How are your cakes inside?
The cakes are made up of 4 layers of sponge cake and 3 layers of filling.
They are made with fresh, seasonal products.
The flour, milk and eggs are organic. Fresh fruit is also organic whenever possible or comes from local producers.
The chocolate used is Valrhona chocolate only.
SupaDupaMama always prioritizes taste over visuals and has therefore chosen not to use sugar paste. Colors, when present, come from natural ingredients. Gelatin is never used.
Is delivery possible?
Delivery is possible for orders of more than 60 units within a maximum radius of 50 minutes around the laboratory located in Talence (€1.50 km return)
Otherwise, the cake must be collected from the lab on the day.
How do I transport my cake?
The layer cakes have a structure inside that guarantees their stability. They are protected in a rigid cardboard box.
They should be placed on the floor on the passenger side with the air conditioning facing them.
The cakes can be stored for a maximum of 40 minutes outside the refrigerator.
If your trip is longer, a cooler of the right size or delivery by SupaDupaMama is to be expected.
Are the flowers edible?
Some like the thoughts or cornettas sometimes used are.
Otherwise no, the flowers serve as a decorative element in the same way as a cake topper. They must therefore be removed before tasting.
However, each flower is very carefully washed beforehand. The stem is also protected to avoid direct contact with the cake.
Fresh flowers are to be provided in addition to the direct price from the florist.
Do you offer vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free cakes?
SupaDupaMama can occasionally adapt to individual diets and intolerances, however you should be aware that this may limit certain possibilities.
How do I store my cake?
The cakes are made to be eaten the same day.
The recipes used inside are French pastry recipes (mousseline cream, creamy, or other so-called "fragile" preparations).
It is imperative that cakes are kept refrigerated.
To make it soft and creamy again, take your cake out 20 minutes before (30 minutes for the chocolate one).
Cakes are not intended to be frozen.
